Anthony Chillino
Managing Director
Anthony commenced his construction career in 1997 and has worked across metropolitan and regional Western Australia and the eastern states.
His experience spans contract administration, estimating, site supervision, project management and construction management.
Anthony is an elected member of the Construction Council of Master Builders Western Australia.
As Managing Director, he oversees REAL's business operations, administration, information technology and financial reporting, while contributing his extensive construction experience to the company's technical team.
Steve Davis
General Manager
Steve commenced his construction career in 2004, working as a quantity surveyor on hospitality and retail projects in the United Kingdom.
He subsequently developed specialist experience in refurbishment, heritage renovation and aged-care facilities, alongside broader experience in new construction, fit-outs and heritage façade retention.
As General Manager, Steve is responsible for business development and commercial management at REAL.
He is also an advocate for accessibility in the built environment and volunteers on the property committee of a local National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) service provider. This involvement contributed to REAL becoming a registered NDIS provider for home modifications.
